Size of the condo... Each room had its own bathroom...
Few issues the faucet in the kitchen was loose...Condo needed new pillows stains on them...Need new couch and lazy boy chair stains on it and dated...

The location and the price
The Elevators took to long to get on, The couch needs replacing, carpet needs cleaning,

The view was awesome! Close enough to Let Pier Park to walk for the beach ball drop and fireworks at Russell Pier.
Smoke detector was chirping when we got there and I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone. No gas station within comfortable walking distance

The pools were amazing!
The elevator took this property from one I would definitely stay at again to one I will never stay at again. We were trying to leave and it took us 2 hours to get the cart with all of our stuff and the baby stroller down. we ended up carrying most of it down 4 flights of stairs.
