Tidewater Beach Resort is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park which is home to 124 shops, The Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, The Skywheel, & a variety of other dining and entertainment options. Tidewater offers easy access to Highway 79, is less than 20 minutes from the airport, and is within walking distance to Winn Dixie, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Marco's Pizza, and Margaritaville. Tidewater Beach Resort has recently (2025-2026) installed 6 brand-new high-speed elevators in order to help reduce elevator wait times (2 in the parking garage and 4 in the main building). A 7th elevator is in the process of being modernized and is estimated to be complete by July 30. The remaining 2 elevators will also be modernized beginning August 2026 and have an expected completion date of January 2027. Watercraft, trailers, campers, golf carts and oversized vehicles are not allowed to be parked on premises. - Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit. - Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. - Beach towels, chairs, & equipment are not provided. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.) - We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
