Well appointed property with updates. View was awesome, easy access to beach.Did want to mention the cleanliness could have been better. I am sure the owner is paying good and deserves what they pay for, as goes the renter.Paper was under master bed, the master shower curtain had pink mold on it, we did change it. A orange m&m was in the floor of the 2nd master. The tub was clogged with hair, which I pulled out. The bath mays had lots of sand on them. The stove top wasn’t clean. The 3rd bath shower head is broken, water doesn’t spray just pours out.We enjoyed our stay after we did some initial cleaning.

It was an amazing week! The room was very comfortable and the balcony was our favorite hangout spot when not at the beach or enjoying the town. Would 100% book again. The host was great and responded quickly

We came down for Jeep Jam 2025. We spent 7 nights in this condo and let me say it was very nice. The condo check in was very easy and had no issues. It was spot on with cleanliness A on that. Lots of room and the balcony was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Elevator waits not an issue, we used the one on the end as it was not as busy. Never had to wait more than a few minutes. Only thing negative would be the comfort of the beds was a little hard. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was nice and as described. It was nice to have a storage space for beach stuff that is outside the condo. The only issue was the elevator. Very long waits at times for the elevator and some were broken at times. That situation needs to be resolved.
