Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/20 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.
This condo was recently purchased in January of 2022. The new owners did a lot of work to it and bought a lot of new furniture it is in superb condition. It is a new listing and the good reviews will start coming in for sure.
This condo Sleeps 8 in 2 bedrooms King in the master & 2 Queen Size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Plus Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. You will enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from this beautifully decorated unit.
Each bedroom connects to a private full size bathroom.
From the kitchen, dining room and living room look directly out over the sugar white sand and emerald blue ocean water. The afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch the action in the water.

The condo was beautiful, the largest we have stayed in!! We really loved it! It was comfortable and clean. The views were excellent and the building was well maintained. We loved the friendliness of the girls at the check in station. The room for the laundry was wonderful and the refrigerator ice maker was awesome. We loved the combo coffee maker as well since we like brewed coffee and my mom uses the Keurig. Our beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.. if we had to make any suggestions we might mention that we are wine drinkers and could have used wine glasses (no doubt they have been broken by guests) and we also love to cook, so some pot holders and at least one more dish towel and dish cloth would be helpful so we could rotate them. But those are mainly personal preferences… We would absolutely return if it was not for the crowded beach!! For families with kids it is more ideal maybe, but we prefer fewer people. Also, the beach service was the least concerned with/interested in the guests than any other service we have ever come across. A couple of days they didn’t even put up umbrellas, claiming it was too windy when you could see down the beach others were using umbrellas without trouble. They also completely managed the beach space, monopolizing the area and asking people to move if their umbrellas were three feet too far back. Maybe it is just that we have never been at such a crowded spot! If you know what to expect it is fine!

Great vacation rental. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and homey. It had everything we needed to cook and stay in to eat.....great appliances, washer and dryer. The only suggestion would be to get stouter chairs for the balcony. Hubs is a medium big guy and the plastic Adirondack chairs were a bit flimsy for him to sit in, anyone bigger would break them. Elevators were never a problem, never more than a one-minute wait. Perfect!!

Room was not clean. Spills on floor & coffee table not cleaned. Floors were sandy when I entered. Terrible (flat) bed pillows. Stain on bedspread. No lock on sliding glass door. No deadbolt or safety lock on door. Contract said beach chairs & umbrella provide through entire stay; they were only provided first 2 of 8 days because condo management contract with them ended on 10/20 (not 10/31 as rental contract indicated). Speed could not be changed on ceiling fan (chain broken). Nice unit but no attention to maintenance and cleaning.
