The living room has a large flat screen tv and has a Queen Sized pull out couch.
There is a one-time resort fee of $48 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $58 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.
Sorry No Dogs allowed except documented service dogs.

30 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE : A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market. Final Payment must be received 30 days prior to your check in date or will be subject to potential cancellation.
LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE: The total amount due will be charged to the credit card you provide including a 3% Convenience fee.

Elevators need major improvements. Ice maker didnt work, lots of marijuana smoking when we were out on balcony. Very strong! Broken shelf in freezer also. We had a great vacation doing all the things! Clean rooms and nice people.

Excellent complex to stay in. Everyone very polite. Great amenities at complex! Our grandkids thoroughly enjoyed it all. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, it was a good value however, there were minor issues with cleaning. We also had to replace the shower liner. One of the bedrooms does not have a closet and the other one has a very small one. The kitchen is well stocked except for glass ware. All of the water glasses are plastic. None of these issues are deal breakers, it was still a good value for the price. Loved the resort security and amenities. Rental company was easy to work with and very helpful. I have booked another unit through them for later this summer.

I was extremely dissatisfied with this condo. The floors were dirty when we got there. Sand on floors. Bathroom floors dirty. The patio door lock was broken. The coffee table was broken. The dining table only had 3 chairs and they were so wobbly they felt unsafe. The couch and two recliners had stains all over them. The best furniture in the condo were the chairs on the balcony. Once outside of this unit everything was good. The pool was nice. Condo needs to be updated. Bedrooms were ok.
