This amazing dog-friendly home is tucked back behind the trees to make your vacation a tropical little paradise. The large wrap-around porch is great for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine after a long day down by the water. There is also a spacious screened porch in the back of the home to entertain friends and family. You're going to love the glossy wood interior with its large kitchen, open living area, gas grill, and enclosed back yard. Spend your afternoon on the beach then come home to spray off the sand under a brand new private enclosed outdoor shower.

If you want to give those dogs their morning exercise, you have miles of beautiful Folly Beach for them to run around. While you're out, check out Folly Beach Pier for its seasonal festivals and events like the Folly Beach Jazz Festival and FollyPalooza music festival. If you're interested in biking, crabbing, or camping, James Island County Park is just under nine miles away with lots of beautiful nature and even a climbing wall and Splash Zone Waterpark to check out.

This is the best beach house that we have ever stayed in!! All of the excellent reviews that you read are true. Vacasa was excellent to work with, but they can't provide information about what items and amenities that the owners are providing for the guests. There was everything that you need in order to be there for a week except your clothes and food. The kitchen has every type of pot or appliance that you would ever need to cook a meal. They have a full supply of coffee, creamer, sugar, and a full pantry of seasonings, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, and the list could go on and on. They even have a lot of personal supplies in the bathrooms. The laundry area has detergent for the guests to use as well as sunblock, beach towels, etc. There is a TV on the back, covered deck and that is where we ate all of our meals and spent our evenings. The walk to the beach is short and level. I really can't say enough good things about this home. If we ever go back to Folly Beach we will definitely stay in this home. We highly recommend it!

Master bath shower screams for a shower door instead of a curtain. Mildewed/molded quickly and hard to negotiate adequate closure for water retention.

We loved the dog-friendly space! Excellent for comfort, spaciousness, location to everything, the kitchen appliances/dishes/utensils were great, the yard was perfect...this place is a GEM!! And the owners provide a TON of thoughtful amenities (many of which we didn't even know about until we got there) like a spice pantry, "use what you want/leave what you want" policy in the pantry, cleaning and laundry supplies, dog bowls, and more! We loved the furniture and layout, and had so much fun playing games and cards, sitting on the porches to enjoy a passing storm or listening to the ocean while reading a book, and so much more. A-PLUS home!! Thank you for renting it!

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary getaway. We loved the house in the pictures on the listing, and it’s even better in person. Very clean, and better equipped than any vacation home I’ve ever stayed in as far as detail items. They had beach towels for us to use, every kitchen utensil and appliance one could imagine, including a French press and tons of k cups for coffee. There were lanyards with waterproof pouches on them for you to use for your cellphone at the beach, beach bags, a few beach chairs (not in the greatest shape but still no complaints for them being readily available) and even a basket of flip flops for you to use if you needed them.
The back porch is awesome and my wife and I found ourselves sitting out there at night with the string lights plugged in to watch movies on the outdoor tub more than we did inside. The location is great, about a 5 minute walk to the beach at the very most. The beach access is right around the corner. The beds were comfy, softer than my wife and I would like but that’s simply a personal preference and by no means a complaint.
We loved everything about the home and are looking forward to our next stay.
