Step outside, and you'll discover even more seating areas on a large screened-in porch where you can enjoy a morning coffee or gather with your family and friends for an evening meal. On the first floor, you will enjoy a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area that flows onto the porch. The living space upstairs has a comfortable living room with a TV and a traditional sitting area to relax and enjoy company or a book. Pack all your favorite snacks and beverages because this house has two refrigerators for you and your guests. This charming home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting areas, and the spacious four-bedroom floor plan allows the kiddos to get to bed in a quiet room while the adults continue cocktails and fun on the porch! This home also features ample natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere perfect for relaxation and creating lasting memories with family and friends.

The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 9 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

We rented golf carts and it was so fun around the island. Great location!!!

The team at My Ocean Rental was very responsive and helpful. The home itself, however, was not very clean, especially the kitchen cabinets/drawers, garbage can. The layout is a bit strange, as the living room is upstairs and there is no place to sit comfortably downstairs near the kitchen. The beds felt clean but were very soft. The downstairs bathroom is very dated and the walls are very thin between the rooms. Upstairs living room was cozy. Great proximity to the beach. Screened in porch was very nice too. We were there during a few storms and recommend having a flashlight in the home as the lights flickered various times.
Thank you for your review and your feedback. We very much apologize for the issues with the cleanliness and other household issues. We have brought this to the attention of both housekeeping and the owner. It was a pleasure hosting your family and we hope that you stay with us again next time you visit Folly Beach!
