About this house rental
The ground floor boasts a double garage & elevator landing. The first floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bath & a master bedroom with private bath and a porch with ocean views.
The second floor has an open and spacious kitchen, dining & living area. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, 42" stainless gas oven with cook top, & more. The dining room & living area open to an expansive porch with wonderful ocean views! There are wide plank hickory floors throughout & a gas fireplace. There's also a large bedroom with a private bath on the second floor.
The entire 3rd floor is a huge master suite with a seating area, dining nook and kitchenette. This master includes a private bath with walk in shower & soaking tub. There’s even a private deck with ocean views.
A beautiful, high end 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath second row home with fantastic ocean views! Newer construction with quality/custom finishes that convey luxury & comfort.
Lovely décor and ocean views, all within walking distance to the Center Street shops and restaurants. For those that need to stay connected, there's even high speed internet.

Our son was getting married during the week in April 2026. Although the weather was crappy, we enjoyed this beach house so much that our family could spread out and enjoy the company and the balcony and great food fellowship and family time. We loved having an elevator to help load and unload. A great location just three blocks from all the action. although we live north of Myrtle Beach, we would definitely recommend and return if we had a large group again. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Folly Beach. Beach access is just a short walk away and the beach itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you might want to do, Having the elevator was really helpful - especially when bringing in luggage and groceries. One note: the elevator does not go to the suite on the top floor. This wasn’t a problem for us but might be for someone with mobility issues who is planning on sleeping in the top floor suite. We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. We could see/hear the beach and there is always a nice breeze. It was wonderful for our morning cup of tea and evening cocktails. If we ever make it back to Folly Beach, we would stay here again.

Cleaning crew was still there when arrived at 3:15. Lights flicker and sometimes don’t come on in kitchen area. Biggest complaint is the noise from construction directly across from the property. Also construction next door and two houses down across the street. We were not informed about the potential noise and denied any compensation for the noise and ocean view distraction. We have stayed in this property at least 6 times due to the space and location. It was a big disappointment and will be compromised for at least a year as house across the street is a full renovation.
