The ground floor boasts a double garage & elevator landing. The first floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bath & a master bedroom with private bath and a porch with ocean views.
The second floor has an open and spacious kitchen, dining & living area. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, 42" stainless gas oven with cook top, & more. The dining room & living area open to an expansive porch with wonderful ocean views! There are wide plank hickory floors throughout & a gas fireplace. There's also a large bedroom with a private bath on the second floor.
The entire 3rd floor is a huge master suite with a seating area, dining nook and kitchenette. This master includes a private bath with walk in shower & soaking tub. There’s even a private deck with ocean views.
A beautiful, high end 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath second row home with fantastic ocean views! Newer construction with quality/custom finishes that convey luxury & comfort.

House is wonderful! 8 adults and 3 children enjoyed Thanksgiving week at the beach, there was ample room for us all. Location is great, parking excellent, house clean and well furnished. Host is very responsive. We will be back!

This house was perfect for us. The three floors offered privacy and the kitchen and living room was great to come together. The three balconies were so calming and relaxing. We will definitely go back to this place!!!

Cleaning crew was still there when arrived at 3:15. Lights flicker and sometimes don’t come on in kitchen area. Biggest complaint is the noise from construction directly across from the property. Also construction next door and two houses down across the street. We were not informed about the potential noise and denied any compensation for the noise and ocean view distraction. We have stayed in this property at least 6 times due to the space and location. It was a big disappointment and will be compromised for at least a year as house across the street is a full renovation.
