Gorgeous setting. Good floor plan. Easy access to all locations. Sufficient parking.
Appliances not working. Air filters and conditioner not updated. Stains on mattresses. No mattress pads on beds.

The only thing I would have liked to have had was more shade for the deck. A great place to hang but we were there during a very intense heat wave Maybe an awning or some umbrellas 😎🌊 Great space though.

The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants/shops. View was stunning. House itself was comfortable and the layout was great, but it was very dated.
Needs new/more flatware, house/furnishings more outdated than expected.

beach access, had to climb the sand dune which I don't think was good for the dune itself, difficult for me and the children. There was a cactus in the pathway from the deck to the parking area.
