We brought our family of 12 to Oceanview, 2 parents (Us) and our 2 Sons and their families! The House was Awesome! We had every appliance you could think of at the residence, every pot, plates, cups etc., provided! Great distance from pier and downtown Folly and of course, the beach was our backyard!!! We Loved it!!! We had plenty of towels and anything pretty much we needed. Our Host Kate is Great! We didn't leave a note in the guest book at the residence because it was full but if it wasn't full it would have been an Outstanding review. Thank you Kate for a Great place to stay :) :D :)

The location was excellent with beautiful views! Very conveniently located within walking distance to town yet still a quiet area. The house is set up perfectly with an elevator for anyone with mobility issues. Nice sized bedrooms with attached baths made it very comfortable for everyone in our group. The host was very prompt in all communications and also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The only issues we encountered were with the cleanliness of the property. It could really benefit from a deep cleaning inside and out. Including the stand alone ice maker which was not working and needed cleaned. We ended up buying bags of ice since the refrigerator ice maker needed a new filter and didn't produce much ice. We did very much appreciate having two refrigerators! There was food and other items under furniture and the outside had trash and leftover items from previous renters in the garage and deck area. There was clearly work being done and maintenance people in and out so we had to negotiate aroundsupplies and workers.Overall it was a great option for us and we would like to rent again after a refresh of the property.

Beautiful and cozy house with amazing view! The house has everything you need! Very comfortable beds! We really enjoyed it, planning to be back!
