We love the location and the accommodations are perfect for our family.There does need to be some upkeep for this property. The large unit on the stovetop does not work but the kitchen was great with its's cooking equipment. It met all our needs for our large family.We found it very difficult to open the sliding doors to exit the facility for the beach. They were stuck and we (the females) had to call a male to slide them open for us to get out.There is a soft spot on the floor of the widow's walk on the top of the house. That needs to be repaired before you have a leakage.The queen mattress on the lower level back bedroom (closest to the beach) needs to be replaced. If you are on the street side, it would be the bedroom at the back on the left. The ceiling fan in that same room is also making noises and needs to be replaced.It would be helpful to have safety bars installed in all the bathrooms.THIS IS A GREAT VACATION RENTAL BUT IT NEEDS SOME UPKEEP.

GREAT house. Lots of porch space. Huge windows so you can see the ocean with no obstructions. Two refrigerators, two dishwashers and more dishes than you can use in a week. This may be the best house on Folly Beach!!

We loved this house. Great location, very clean and communication with host was excellent!! This is the first house we’ve rented that was so well equipped in the kitchen that we didn’t need to buy anything. Highly recommend!
