About this house rental
This beach house is the perfect vacation spot for families, especially with kids. The beach is very clean with lots of room to play and watch your children. Fully air conditioned and heated. The house is very family friendly with comfortable furniture and accommodations. No need to worry about children breaking expensive lamps. This home has been owned by the same owners for over 30 years and their children and grandchildren come back every summer.
There are 4 good size bright beachy bedrooms, all equipped with radio/alarm clocks. 2 bedrooms with FULL beds and 2 bedrooms with sets of TWINS - 1 full Bathroom on the main living floor with a stand up shower and one full bathroom under the house with an attached outside (private) shower - As well as an exterior shower on the walkway coming back in from the beach.
TV/VCR/DVD (w/ cable)in the family room - Plenty of seating around the house both inside and on the deck - Small portable radio/CD player - This is a great spot for a family.

We could not ask for a better place to stay, it was perfect for our family! The house met all of our needs, restaurants, and shopping were close. We hope to stay there again!

Great stay at this charming house with direct beach access and beautiful views! Only thing missing was dishwasher. We didn’t realize it was missing from the amenities list. Would be a great addition to the house for bigger groups. Also the upstairs shower did not work but we only noticed that on last day since we were using the outdoor shower mostly. Notified the owner so hopefully it will be fixed. Great place to stay with kids, we recommend this property for anyone looking for a perfect beach location!

Just what we expected and needed. Beach access was amazing. Great location and proximity to town. Host was fantastic and super responsive when needed.

Wood from decking was loose and falling apart, nail heads were sticking out, beds were uncomfortable. Over grown shrubbery in walkways on side of house and ants walking out to beach and in the front of the house. Besides that my family had a great week.
