Guest Access:
🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

PET POLICY: We love our four-legged members of your family and allow them at our home. Please note we allow a maximum of 2 pets and charge a $125 fee per pet.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.

Our home is located in a lively and welcoming area of Folly Beach, just steps from the ocean and close to local restaurants, surf shops, and laid-back nightlife. The charm of Folly lies in its vibrant beach-town atmosphere — which means you may occasionally hear sounds of activity, especially during evenings and weekends.
Please be advised:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests are expected to respect neighbors and maintain quiet during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for ambient noise that is typical of this beachside location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept the unique setting and the potential for occasional neighborhood sounds.
🧑🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.
🔌 We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.
🧹 If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.

We had a group of five women, and overall, this house was great! It was very clean, the front porch is so nice, and there were tons of extra towels, blankets, toiletries. There was enough space for all of us to have our own beds. The backyard looked lovely (although it was rainy for our trip), and it's a very short walk to the beach. 4 out of 5 stars only because many of the outlets need to be replaced, as they are very loose, and while the flooring appeared to be new, there are definitely some issues with the subfloors. An inspection was scheduled during our stay, but the host was VERY good at communicating with me and working with our group. Overall, I would recommend this property and would visit again.
