Beds/ sofa uncomfy, sofa on a slant, seemed to have collapsed, one side of the double bed on a slant, single beds quite creaky. Apartment needs a thorough deep clean. Strong smell of damp.

This property is a little gem! It’s like being home from home..the apartment has everything you need..good kitchen facilities, a lovely hot shower and wonderful comfy beds! The parking space is a fantastic feature too not to mention the private access to the beach!! The location of this apartment is ideal! It’s right in the heart of Brean and the locals and neighbours were really friendly and kind! We feel we had really good value for money and can’t wait to re book! I would fully recommend it for a family of three or a couple!

Perfect weekend away.

This apartment was in a great location just a short walk to the beach. Tucked away in a gated spot off the main road so was very quiet. Allocated parking space. Lots of places to eat and pubs nearby. Amusement park 5 min walk. Drive or catch a bus into Burnham on Sea, or Weston super Mare. Hassle free booking initially and great communication from hosts.

The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The bed was very comfortable with the added bonus of a TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge. The location was perfect, and thus, you can walk everywhere. There is a parking space with the apartment, which is a bonus as you will save on parking costs.

It was an enjoyable quiet stay in a location away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Good parking on site Quiet secure area in the middle of activities Good size smart televisions in the bedroom and lounge Clean flat, surroundings and nice neighbours Proximity to an arcade for the kids

No central heating, no heater in one bedroom and no provision for heating the room The rooms were small, just big enough to accommodate double beds with no space on either side of the bed No washing machine/spin dryer, with long stays and the rains you have no chance of getting dirty clothes washed and dry in there.

Horrific, distressing, upsetting waste of money.

It looks nice on the surface…..

Where do I begin?!?! This flat may look reasonably nice, but it’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and the owners are a nightmare to deal with! As soon as you open the door, you’re hit with a very strong smell. We thought it was weird cleaning products at first, as the owners claim to clean beforehand. The smell is actually damp and mould. It’s so so bad, we had to leave halfway through our holiday, as it was making our chests bad. There is absolutely no ventilation whatsoever, and no extractor fans. Our clothes were damp, and absolutely stunk when we got home! We’ve had to throw away our pillows that we took with us, and my daughter is beyond devastated that her teddy that her grandparents gave her when she was young, is also ruined. She’s autistic, and has a major meltdown if she can’t sleep with it. When we arrived and we’re unpacking, there were bottles in every drawer of the bedside table, with a spider behind it, and lots of dust and dirt on the floor and skirting. No apology from the owner, just told to put it outside. My daughter had 2 spiders on her bed, on 2 separate days….again, autistic meltdown. The walls have damp on them, and the shower and bathroom tap are dirty. The glasses are all dirty, despite the owners claiming in their message that they are sanitised before the stay. The ironing board was horrific!! Very old, and covered in black mould! When I asked for a new one, I was told they were in London, so couldn’t. When I offered to buy one and have them reimburse me, I was told to put MY towel over it!! When I refused to get mould on my own towel, I was told to use the tablecloth! The floors are filthy, but the owners argued they mopped them. In the photos, you can see a pair of socks i wore after my evening shower. That’s how dirty the floors are! The owners point blank refused to give a refund, and it was only when booking.com spoke to them, they agreed to give the money back for the nights we didn’t stay.
