Very cluttered in kitchen flammable liquids near cooked moved them until we left then put them back potential fire hazard windows were very dirty on the outside .

Absolutely perfect.every detail was considered and cared for, we’ll definitely stay again.

This place literally had everything you could need and more. The extra touch of board games was amazing.

We weren’t travelling with a baby but my only suggestion would be to change the cot as it didn’t seem very safe and was a bit on the wobbly side. Ours is 3 now but I wouldn’t have been comfortable with an overly energetic toddler in that cot.

Very clean and exactly what it said nice spacious living room and it was nice to see tea and coffee and toilet rolls provided . It was central to all amenities.

Amazing loved every minute roll on next week

Alex was lovely very accommodating Flat was clean tidy littery everything you want for a seaside Holliday stay Even the neighbours are helpful We have autistic boys who Littery loved it there Such a wonderful quiet location 2 mins walk to unity farm with a lovely swimming pool/fare Wonkey donkey pub served lovely meals Loved it that much we going back next week Only 1 night available as Alex gets booked up fast

Lovely clean upstairs apartment with everything needed.....Lovely touch with snacks available and a trust box for payment. Very comfortable nights sleep. Lovely private access onto the beach. Would definitely stay again

Great overnight stay

It was a perfect little flat that had everything we needed for our stop over on the way to Cornwall. Very comfy from the sofa to the beds and liked how the owners had an honesty box with snacks and drinks. They also had spices and other things that you may need if you were staying longer to compliment meals.

Great location as it's close to the beach and all other attractions

Perfect location as you have private access to the beach which is literally right across from the flat. Brean theme park, Brean Splash and the soft play etc is within walking distance. Providing towels, toiletries, toilet paper etc was a nice touch.

I wish there were net curtains or blinds in the bedroom as the black out curtains made the room feel stuffy and dark, especially when getting dressed as I had to close the curtains. There's a light just outside the bedroom window which shone through the gap between the curtains

Brilliant place to stay 😀

Lovely place to stay and very comfortable. Not far from The Healing Weekend at East Huntspill as I was doing Reiki there. Alex was very helpful because my brother needed to stay an extra hour after we had planned to check out. Also got along very well with the very helpful neighbours 😀 Definitely going back next year, would highly recommend 😀

1st floor flat Brean

Central Location close to supermarket, bus stop & leisure park on a private quiet estate, easy private access to beach through gate, enough utensils in kitchen, did have Sky so choice of radio & many channels plus there are a few discs there if you wanted to watch any. It got cold and bit windy on the night (always does by coast) so glad there were wall heaters in each room.It was a good break for a few nights

Lounge was a bit too dark,with feature wall, sofas and curtains which are too short (think curtain pole is not straight) had to report the bathroom sink as cause of concern, floor in front of kitchen sink not as firm as what it should be. The poster in the second bedroom could really be a more happy one.

Top stay in great location at reasonable prices

We loved that it felt more like a home than a hotel. We was pleasantly surprised on the extra little touches they made. Things like great selection of board and card games, plenty of dvds. They even had a small selection of beach toys too. The owners stayed in communication with us from the time we booked till the day was leaving to make sure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. It's in a great location with easy access to the beach and friendly residents who live there too. Would highly recommend 👌

A lovely retreat in a picturesque part of the country

In a really quiet location yet at the centre of all Brean has to offer this apartment was a perfect get away for a few days. With direct access to the beach perfect for fishing or long walks along the golden sands. The apartment was spacious and well stocked with the owners going above and beyond offering free tea and coffee and even essential treats via an honesty box. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped It felt home immediately and we totally loved our time there. We had really good communications from the owner and the notice board full of local information ended up being a god send as we ended up having a takeaway on our first night. Would highly recommend this. To friends and family and will be back again.

Good parking, good location well appointed.

Arrived February 14th ! Miserable day, raining and cold. The apartment was FREEZING the heating was not on, would have been nice if someone had turned it on even at a low temperature.

Review of 9th-11th December

Everything needed was in walking distance, nice sea view, good to have your own parking place right outside flat.

Very dirty, underneath sofa cushions crumbs of food - not vacuumed, kitchen and microwave were filthy- hadn't had a been cleaned, kitchen cupboards were the same due this reason we didnt eat there, bathroom window was the old style frames obviously needs changing as mould was all the way round, all windows needed cleaning inside and outside, think seal had gone in the front window as could here and feel the cold breeze coming through. No heating in lounge and kitchen and this was cold, arrived around 15.30 on Friday meant to come home on the Monday but by Sunday dinnertime we left, and leIf this was my flat and I we hired it out it would have had a deep clean, hope the owners take notice for future renting of this flat because if everything it would be a nice place to stop.

Beautiful accommodation

The property exceeded our expectations. It was spotless clean, modern, fresh and airy, very roomy. There was everything that you needed even down to plasters and bingo pens. Sky TV was a huge surprise. There was even a sea view. WELL DONE.
