Matt was great at communicating. He came out to change the battery on the Smart Lock.
Excellent location in Brean centre with the gorgeous dog friendly beach 5 minutes walk. Pubs, shop, takeaway & breakfast cafe all nearby.
Dog friendly and dogs stay for free.
Spotlessly clean.
Dishwasher & Washing machine.
Bed lovely and comfy but was a tad too soft for me as I like hard mattresses but was still comfortable.
Easy to find with great instructions & a free parking space directly outside.
Bed linen & crockery are lovely as is the decor & furniture. Very well kitted out.
Smart TV in each room with Netflix etc.
Good WiFi.
Warm & cosy & heating is controllable.
Shower pressure & warm water was good.
We will return as Matt is a fab host, the apartment is beautiful & fantastic location & much better value & much more comfortable than the mobile homes/static caravans in the area.
Smart Lock on door was a bit of a Faff as the battery was low. I'd prefer a normal key & maybe 2 keys for 2 people. Write down the door code on a piece of paper in case your phone battery goes down.
No balcony, terrace or outside space to sit out on especially in good weather with a coffee. The apartment is on the 1st floor.
Booking process was a bit of a faff with verification needed - it took a few goes.
They take £100 deposit which I totally get as the apartment is beautiful.
Shower needs grab handle & bathmat.
A lot of lights of electrical items on at night which we covered up.
