We had a fabulous time lots of walking visiting burnham and mine head.

We had a really nice couple of days in spite of the weather it was very clean and comfortable and even fussy little dog

Highly recommend this wonderful, well appointed comfortable, stylish apartment

Very well appointed apartment. Great location, we went out of season for peace & quiet, plus lots of dog walking on beautiful Brean beach. Excellent communication from the owner. The bedding was such great quality, really lovely and soft that I ended up ordering myself the exact same for home! We would certainly return and I have no hesitation with recommending this property.

Everything was great, truly wonderful. A minor mention, only one parking spot with the apartment. Some neighbours are resident full time and they have their own rules they like to impart on you.

Nice and comfortable, free parking space

Flat nicely decorated and modern. Comfortable bed and spacious. Free parking space a great plus. Map a little unclear but a short walk to facilities and private access to part of the beach is a plus!

Attachment for hand towel fell off but that is all and not the end of the world. However PLEASE make sure people know there is a refundable charge of £100 before your stay on top of booking fee AT TIME of booking. I had booked a non refundable fee so could not change my mind once I found out. This can eat into the budget. However as I say flat was nice.

Very comfortable apartment with great amenities.

Excellent facilities provided including tea, coffee, snacks, toiletries etc. TVs in all bedrooms, main TV with YouTube etc.

Table top mirror would have been useful for the girls to put on makeup and style hair.

Relaxing stay, perfect for the beach

Clean, everything you needed was there, close to the beach.

If you’re a light sleeper you can hear noise from neighbours and the pontins/nearby pubs.

The property is very modern inside, great proportioned rooms, all the facilities you could need. Look just like the pictures. Very short walk through a private gate to the beach. Very close to the restaurants and pubs if needed

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean and so well equipped; with thoughtful touches provided, like tea and coffee, towels and dishwasher tablets. The beds were comfy and the apartment was really spacious. The bathroom and shower were lovely too. Hope to stay again soon. Matt was also really helpful and his communication throughout was excellent. Thank you Matt.

Great flat close to beach

Apartment is well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were large. Shower had plenty of hot water. The apartment is a two minute walk to the beach.

There was a slight issue getting my security deposit refunded. It took a week and the system had taken two payments which left me in financial straits. The owner was very helpful though and kept in touch.

Perfect accommodation for staying somewhere close to our friends that we were visiting

Spotless, and nicely decorated with comfy beds. Perfect for the 4 of us

Nothing i didnt like about the property, however unfortunately the entrance to the apartment was through a shared door where the ground floor occupant has a lot of elvis memorabilia which was a little odd. Once you get inside the flat it’s perfect and good value

Brilliant place to stay with family and good location and clean walking distance from the beach,

Everything was walking distance from the apartment which is convenient to those that dont drive.
