Nice functional place

Really nice flat with secure parking. The flat facilities were good and very clean. We particularly liked the welcome food and follow up messages to ensure we were ok. We were based very close to the beach and M5. A friendly location and good security.

The small double bed was too small for us - a tall athletic couple, so we slept apart. One on the bunk bed and other in the double.

Excellent location nice clean apartment

Location of appartment excellent, nice clean appartment only negative was we had a 7month old baby so steps a bit of a problem , but host has advised us of his ground floor apartment which we will book next time

The apartment was well equipped with everything you need, it was clean and comfortable. Close to all the amenities and takeaways. Lovely owners of property. You also get a food welcome pack, which is amazing.

Little get away..

April 2025 We had a very pleasant experience, Ian was very friendly and helpful with providing all the information that was needed regarding the apartment before we arrived. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable at Hillview Apartments. Everything we needed was within the apartment too, Ian even sorted little problem with parking being a bit small for our car to an alternative car parking spot. We would stay here again in the future. Thank you, Ian and team.

The location was great and in excellent condition all local amenities were in walking distance shop bars funfair arcades restaurants fast food and most importantly the beach. The owners where friendly and welcoming and did everything they could to help us with our stay

Great base

Good base in Brean. Shops takeaways restaurants amusements very close but didn't notice any noise at night. Access to beach. Owners really helpful. Milk, fruit etc really helpful. Plenty of towels. Cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge with ice compartment - everything you need really

Very welcoming spacious apartment

Lovely clean, spacious apartment. Owners very happy to help if needed and had a text during the week to make sure all was ok, lovely touch. Although the apartment is in the middle of everything in Brean, it was very quiet. Lovely to have private car parking and access to the beach. Great place. Lovely touch with welcome pack, too. Highly recommend the draughts puzzle worth a go.

Having to leave to come home was the only down side.

Such a lovely location. Next to the beach, theme park and arcades. Perfect for families. Bread, milk, butter and fruit were kindly left. Whole apartment was spotless and plenty of towels left to use. Definitely be staying again :)

Welcome package of milk, bread, butter, juice and fruit was a very nice touch. It was very clean and linen smelled lovely and fresh. There was a fan available for use which was needed. Bathroom very modern and plenty of room in there.

Could have done with an extra comfortable seat as there was not enough room for 4 grown people to sit on the sofa, but if you have little ones would be ok.
