Very clean hotel. The employees were excellent. Very accommodating,my husband is disabled and they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They installed grab bars in the shower,brought in a shower stool and put hand rails around the toilet so he wouldn’t fall. The best place we have ever stayed at. Will definitely book again the next time we are in Rochester,Mn.

My stay was comfortable. The property was very accessible. I arrived late and the staff was more than happy to accommodate me. The suite was nice. As I didn’t spend much time in the room though, I did like to set up.
There wasn’t much to dislike by the property. I mean I am a smoker so and he placed it accommodates that a little bit better is nice but I don’t expect it though. I would’ve liked to experience more of what the hotel had to offer.

Very close to St Mary’s, where I had to be up early to get myself to a surgery
The woman at the concierge desk where I checked in was extremely rude and treated me like an inconvenience, and like every question I asked, I should have known the answer. It was a terrible way to be treated the day before a major surgery.
