I enjoyed my stay in the whirlpool suite!
Staff was nice enough to upgrade me to the big suite after putting me in the handicap accessible hot tub room that I didn't book.
The 1st time I stayed no problem - but the bed was not level...
The 2nd time- put in same room, then got room upgrade - which I appreciated!
