The location is great for my needs. I'm a Van life guy. The weather was chilly this visit so I opted to fly up from Texas and staying here is easy peasy.
Travel to my doctor's appointments is all in climate climate-controlled walking subway. Takes away the stress of traveling with all the bulky survival gear you may need for this location in the winter.
Something the hotel can not control is the demolition of the building to the south. Noisy till 8 pm. That's progress in the big city. It's all good.

We needed an unexpected stay overnight, so needed to find a room at the last minute. We've stayed many, many times at the Kahler Inn and Suites, but never in an actual suite, which was very nice and big!

Very easy access to Mayo. Good continental breakfast. The thing that turned us off is there was a dirty towel hanging over shower rod from previous guest. It was gross and made room feel uncleaned.
