Location near St. Mary’s Mayo. The free shuttle service to and from the Mayo Clinic, St. Mary’s College. The breakfast was very good, a lot of variety of food to choose from. The cleanliness of the whole place. Also, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and answered all of our questions.
Everyone’s preferences are all different, some people like really soft beds and others prefer a more firm bed. This bed was in between. A little bit more hard than what we are used to. But it was easily managed, you still could get comfortable.

My family was staying at Homewood Suites for 3 nights for a wedding that 3 of us were in on NYE. We also had two other rooms that we rented out for family. The room was nice with a separate living room and bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics that were needed to make meals. The breakfast was simple but good. The location is good if you want to be near downtown/Mayo. The cleaning staff was super friendly.
Don't stay here unless you are in Rochester for Mayo/St. Mary's. We received noise complaints from the room below us for simply walking around and going in and out of our room (the doors do shut loudly). We tried our hardest to be respectful and keep our kids quiet (we were busy with wedding events and weren't even in our rooms that much). However, when speaking with the front desk they told us that the we had two complaints from the person below, who was in Rochester for medical reasons, and that the hotel must prioritize medical patients since most of their business comes from Mayo patients. In other words, despite us having 3 rooms for 3 nights and making sure we weren't loud, were not given the same treatment as those medical guests. Growing up in Rochester I understand that Mayo runs the city, but this rudeness from the front desk and how they treat all guests was not ok. I visit Rochester often to visit family and friends and will 100% not stay here.
