Convenience to Mayo . Staff were nice and friendly.
Room could have been cleaner. Nobody explained how to get to our room -- elevator was key card activated! We spent several very frustrating moments in the elevator!! The pool was also closed. Last, upon check out found out about a parking fee! In the host's defense - he waived the fee because I hadn't been told about it which was super kind.

Location. Suite design
Bathroom smelled. Room didn’t get cleaned. We had a 4 night stay. Hallway smelled like dog poo.
