The staff were nice, it was a spacious room, close to the civic center and hospital, but a bit dated, and the breakfast was mid.
The Friday menu, with the waffle makers out, was great, but the weekend menu switched to French Toast Strips, which were not as good.
Parking was tight, but having onsite underground and being able to bill it to the room was great. The Grand Kahler has much more expensive parking, a big perk!

The hotel was nice and clean, staff were very pleasant, breakfast was a big tasty buffet. The only complaint was the parking garage was very little and barely fit my mid size SUV because of how low the ceiling was, but there is another garage next to the hotel that was actually cheaper. Also, being on the side where all the construction was going on, but I get it they had to start super early because of the heat. Most importantly though it was with walking distance from all of my Mayo appts and several restaurants.
