The property was clean and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful, professional and courteous!! The only thing I would have liked would have been for the breakfast to be open a little longer as it was closed when I returned from an appointment for which I couldn’t eat beforehand.

My daughter and I stayed at the SpringHill in Rochester for an annual event that takes place at the at the Mayo Civic Center. We have have stayed here the last 3 years now and have yet to be disappointed. The rooms have always been clean, modern, and very spacious. We've enjoyed the breakfast options in the morning. I love that there is parking onsite (yes for $7 a day fee, but its worth it to be able to park on site), parking was a little tricky this time only due to the hotel being so full and many large vehicles being parked right on/just over the line made it a bit tricky to squeeze into the last available spot, but thats hardly the hotels fault (and lucky i have a narrow vehicle). What has put this hotel over the top for me, however, is the wonderful experience I have had with the staff every time we have been to this location. By far the employees at this location have been the most friendly, welcoming staff I have every encountered.

Breakfast was amazing! Food was hot and plentiful. The variety was great!
Love the location. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The only issue is parking, especially for handicapped spots. I do understand though as it is located in a congested busy area. I am willing to work around the parking as we enjoyed everything else about this hotel.
