This has truly become my home away from home while navigating surgeries and appointments at the Mayo Clinic. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring.
A special thank you to Kesley, Dequan, and Angel—they each went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported. Their kindness never felt routine; it felt personal.
It’s so comforting to stay somewhere that doesn’t treat you like just another hotel guest. Med City Inn truly makes you feel seen and cared for. Highly recommend.
