Most of the staff was helpful and nice. The place is older, but not run down. My room was clean and bed comfy. I had the King Efficiency. They are up a flight of stairs and no elevator. There is a sitting room with a small kitchen and full refrigerator. No utensils or dishes are provided though. The queen rooms are on the first floor.
