Had everything we needed. Away from key tourist area but still close enough to drive to (1.5 miles from st ives), easy to get onto A30 for all other locations. Whilst decor needed updating in areas generally very good. Property very clean throughout.
Some kitchen utensils needed replacement. States 400m to beach. This is as crow flies. (Good half hour walk). These were small things compared to overall stay.

Spacious and lovely decorated beds was very comfortable
Not the best hoover to clean with due to having a 3 year old and a dog you need to be able to clean up. Also disappointed there was no tv in any of the bedrooms

Lovely property, lots of space and convenient location. Nice and big and loved the touch of the Christmas tree as well were staying for the Christmas period.
Garden wasn’t secure and not good for small dogs as they aren’t able to get up onto the grass by themselves. There was dog hair on the furniture and under the sofa, there are clear signs requesting dogs do not go on the furniture or beds, but the previous occupants obviously let their dog on the furniture as my daughters clothes were covered in hair within minutes of arrival.

The layout of the house and its interiors It’s close to town but not right in the centre so it doesn’t feel overcrowded along with the supermarket being a 2 minute walkway
