Coral Star Hotel & Apartments - New Opening 2026

Everything was good😊

Doesn’t have parking place,so we had lot of stress everyday from fear of not to can find place.There was so far places and I even there was hard to find place,which we had to walk all the time for 10-15 min in that very hot weather which makes us more tired,was so annoying and unbelievable for guests to have this situation.İ was very suprised about that and very disappointed.

Splash pad and pool for kids was great

L’apartament estava net, nou! El personal de recepció era amable, i també qui arreglaven les habitacions. l’esmorzar continental bastant complert Tovalloles molt agradables Les piscines, el gimnàs i les sales d’estar molt bé

Falta acabar d’equipar els apartaments, trobo a faltar un assecador per al terra per recollir l’aigua de la dutxa que queda escampada pel bany quan et dutxes, falten alguns coberts, un drap i un fregall. Estaria bé una muca més d’espai a la cuina, que podria aconseguir-se posant el microones sota el moble de la cuina

The Pool Area and Splash park were 10/10, my kids absolutely loved it. I am not in the business for giving bad reviews so my positive scores are from the heart, but I cannot ignore the negatives from my stay so will feed them in below. The area is great, right by Kumharas and a short walk to Port d'Es Torrent Beach - which is by far the best beach in the area. Also close to the water taxi at the Amare. They have a quite zone for kids which is a great idea and plenty going on for those kids that like a disco and other entertainment.

Had a really unsavoury incident involving a man across from us, exposing himself intentionally in front of my wife and kids. Reported to reception, but as far as I was aware, not acted upon and no follow up by the reception staff. Asked for the manager but did not get to speak to him. Got even more awkward when the man from room 317 got into my lift up to the 3rd floor. Also, no room cleaning on day 2, no fresh towels either, same again on day 3. Reported to reception, cleaners replaced towels and left everything else. No shower gel in the dispenser for the duration of my stay. Got fed up of asking for it and ended up going to the shop opposite. Not a massive issue in comparison to my first complaint, but never the less, disappointing we didn't get the basics of what we paid for. I would be happy for the hotel to contact me to discuss further.
