Traditional Ibizan villa, extremely well located for the airport, west and south-west of the island (all within 20 minutes drive) and the south-east (30-35 minutes drive). The property is spacious, comfortable and the three bedrooms are all of a good size, the two bathrooms great to have. Pool is a good size. Property is in a quiet location but within a few minutes drive you have access to some brilliant places to eat or relax over a drink (Sant Agusti is 3-4 minute drive, Sant Josep 5-6 minutes). Agusti has a lovely village square with two restaurants, both with good reputations - there is a chimichurri grill within 3 minutes and a family run restaurant Sa Soca within 4 - this was excellent. Sant Josep (San Jose) has places to eat in abundance - Casa Linda was exceptional, terrific food and a wonderful setting (Euro 100 - 120 each for 4 courses plus aperitif and wine, coffee). Can Riku Ibizan with Lebanese influences (Euro 50 - 60 each), Mimi's a beautiful location for either Italian or pizza... Beaches in abundance all within 10 - 20 minute drive, all with their own character, beach bars and restaurants. Cala Talida has a lovely beach bar and restaurant. We went to Pike's (12 minutes) an iconic location for Sunday roast and an evening relaxing where Club Tropicana video was filmed and Freddie Mercury had his 41st birthday. Plenty of supermarkets dotted around - 8 - 12 minutes drive - ample fridge and freezer storage within property. We mainly sat outside first thing or later in the evening. We were a group of 3 friends in our early 60's who had travelled to the island many years before. This was a perfect place to stay. Quiet, good location, all within easy reach - what else to recommend? We sailed from Ibiza to Formentera using Más Que Nada Sailing booked via Viator (it advertises as small group boat sailing), a highlight of our trip, with Alberto and Irene who organised a great day out

Small issues, nothing major. Not enough instructions within the property - no handbook or guide - the wi-fi code is in small type on the back of the router, some guidelines on rubbish but not on how to leave the property (as in whether to clear the bed linen or leave towels in a pile etc). We loved the fact this was a traditional place. Property is very much up together but is not modern in sense of plenty of glass and modern furniture - if that is your thing then this is not for you (but note the appliances, the shower are the latest) You do need a car or are intending to cycle - no public transport nearby and taxis can be ordered but are reasonably expensive

The property was immaculately presented. Extremely clean. Spacious. Well presented. Large pool and decking area. Utilities space for washing and drying clothes.

Pool perhaps a little dated. A dead bird was in one of the filter areas and we had to remove it.
