The Space:

This recently renovated house sits in a quiet residential pocket of San Antonio Bay, a 200-metre stroll from the welcoming sands of Es Puet beach. The ground floor centres on an open-plan living space and a compact, well-equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and induction hobs. The master bedroom occupies its own corner here, with a 180x200cm double bed, air conditioning, terrace access and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.



Upstairs, two further bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom offers a 90x200cm single bed without air conditioning, while the third provides another 180x200cm double bed with air conditioning, a balcony and direct access to the roof terrace. Modern comforts run throughout the property, including satellite TV, internet, a washing machine and a safe for valuables.



Outside, the roof terrace is the standout, with views across the Mediterranean that catch the western sky as it shifts through amber and rose at sundown. The garden below holds a small swimming pool, terraced seating areas and an awning for shade, with artificial grass giving younger children space to play.



Guest Access:

The house is for the guests' sole use throughout their stay. There is no private parking on site, though free street parking is available on the surrounding residential streets.

Es Repos sits in a quiet residential pocket of San Antonio Bay, a 200-metre (three-minute) walk from the family-friendly sands of Es Puet beach. A bakery and supermarket lie within a short stroll, along with a choice of restaurants and coastal paths along the bay. San Antonio town itself is close at hand for further shops, bars and boat trips to the west coast's hidden coves.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for exploring the island at your own pace, though the beach, bakery, restaurants and shops of San Antonio Bay are all within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

The swimming pool is modest in size and best suited to cooling off rather than serious swimming. There is no private parking on site; free street parking is available on the surrounding residential streets.
