The Space:

Comfortable, light-filled, and built for outdoor living, El Paso sits in a quiet residential pocket on Ibiza's west coast. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors open the main living area onto a covered terrace shaded by a pergola, where sea views stretch to the horizon. The kitchen is well equipped with a five-burner cooker, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, and the property runs on solar power with a built-in water filter so bottled water is unnecessary. A new air conditioning system runs throughout.



Three bedrooms occupy the main house: one with its own en-suite bathroom, and two further rooms sharing a second bathroom. A fourth bedroom sits on the lower level with private bathroom access. Every bedroom opens onto a terrace and is air-conditioned. A washing machine is provided, along with baby gear for families travelling with very young children.



The heated swimming pool takes centre stage in the tropical garden, where bougainvillea climbs between palm trees. Two generous terraces offer space for long lunches and evening meals. A floodlit tennis court sits within the grounds, with deck chairs positioned for spectator comfort, and a pool fence can be installed on request for peace of mind with toddlers. The west-facing orientation places the property directly in line with the island's celebrated sunsets.



Guest Access:

Guests have the full property to themselves for the duration of their stay, including the main house, lower-level bedroom, gardens, swimming pool, and tennis court. The grounds are private and gated.



The Neighborhood:

El Paso sits in a quiet residential area on the western coast of Ibiza, between San Antonio and the coves to the north. Cala Salada and Cala Gracio are both within easy reach for swimming, and padel courts are a short walk away. San Antonio, with its restaurants, shops, and harbour, lies just a few minutes down the road, while a 20-minute drive brings you to Ibiza town



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended, both for reaching the property and for exploring the island. San Antonio is a short drive away for shops and restaurants, and a rental car opens up the wider island, from the beaches of the north to the markets of Santa Eulària.



Other Things to Note:

The swimming pool can be heated on request, and a pool fence can be arranged for families with young children.

Guests can check in from 16:00 and are asked to check out by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
