About this house rental
House of Ibiza style located in the center of the island, between the villages of Santa Gertrudis and San Rafael. It is an area of scattered houses.
The house has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are three rooms inside the house, one of them with own bathroom, tv and ceiling fan. Two more rooms in the interior of the house or share a bathroom. The fourth room is on the outside of the house, separated from the main terrace and has tv, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bathroom and refrigerator. All rooms have ceiling fans.
The house is an old Ibizan building completely refurbished, which preserves the original walls of more than 60cm of thickness so that although the outside of the house is warm the interior is always kept fresh.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, with exit to the main terrace that at the same time gives access to the exterior room.
2 terraces, one main with access from kitchen and living room and another with a seating area, with access from one of the bedrooms.
There is a barbecue in front of the main terrace.
Pets are not allowed.

This home was gorgeous, clean and had a lot of charismatic old world Spanish home charm. Its quaint decor, style and comfortable setting was a treat! There were no issues what so ever we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we were there longer.

Echt een fantastische woning met alles wat je maar nodig hebt. Met buiten veel plekken, terrassen waar je lekker kunt relaxen. Met ligbedden, relax stoelen, eettafel buiten en binnen.
Veel ruimte. Alles super schoon. Handdoeken, badlakens, keukenspullen enz. Alles is aanwezig.
Afstand naar diverse plekken waar je naar toe wil is gemiddeld 20-25 minuten rijden. Toegang tot het huis is afgesloten met een rolpoort (afstandbediening). 2 auto's geparkeerd binnen de poort.
En Julian is echt een super host. Reageert heel snel op vragen en helpt je met alles wat maar nodig is. Wij komen zeker terug!

Es un lugar estupendo para alojarse, está en el centro de la isla y por tanto, fácil de llegar a todos sitios si se tiene vehículo.
Los dueños muy amables y facilitadores. La casa estupenda, no falta de nada.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. La maison est tres jolie, tres propre, la literie excellente, et 2 jolies terrasses permettent de profiter du soleil.
Nous n’avons pas vraiment testé la cuisine mais tout semblait ok! Seul le wifi n’est paS très puissant, mais on s’en passe aisément !
La maison est également idéalement située au centre de l’ile, ce qui permet de visiter l’ile très facilement.
