A five-bedroom Spanish villa in the quiet village of Jesús, set among citrus gardens with a private pool. Five minutes from Talamanca beach and Ibiza Town, the property balances authentic Ibizan character with modern comfort. Air-conditioned bedrooms, a Green Egg barbecue, and outdoor dining for the whole group.



The Space:

The main living area opens on the ground floor, where a well-equipped kitchen carries a full range of appliances alongside an espresso machine. Two ground-floor bedrooms sit to the rear, each with double glazing, sharing a bathroom with bath. A Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube handles quieter evenings.



Three further double bedrooms occupy the upper floor, where two bathrooms and a separate downstairs toilet keep things running smoothly for larger groups. Air conditioning runs throughout, alongside heating, a washing machine, and a dryer. An alarm system provides peace of mind, and a pool gate can be fitted on request.



Outside, citrus trees and flowers fill the garden, treated with an anti-mosquito system to make evening dining comfortable. The pool sits at the centre, ringed by sunbeds and a large veranda with a long dining table that catches the sun. The outdoor kitchen features a Green Egg barbecue for meals under the stars. Worth noting from recent guest feedback: the bathrooms are showing their age and are due for refurbishment.

The Neighborhood:

Jesús is a quiet village just north of Ibiza Town, with a handful of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Talamanca beach lies a few minutes away by car, and the old town, marina, and nightlife of Ibiza Town sit roughly five minutes from the villa. The airport is approximately fifteen minutes' drive.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for exploring the island at your own pace, though Jesús village itself is within walking distance. Local taxis connect easily to Ibiza Town and the surrounding beaches.



Other Things to Note:

The pool can be gated on request for families with young children. By guest feedback, the bathrooms are dated and awaiting an update, something to weigh if pristine fixtures are a priority.

Guests can check in from 16:00 and are asked to check out by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
