The rooms, the staff, the pool and atmosphere
No hand soap provided in rooms which I found odd

Pool was great, staff were lovely and food was really good
Bathroom was not very clean on checkin, we had this recleaned but still could be better. Half of the plugs in our room didn’t work, including the one for the hob so we had to unplug the fridge to use it. No washing up liquid or equipment and no hand soap provided.

Everything except the pool staff speaking down to us., where to put our sun beds.
They made us feel uncomfortable circling the pool picking faults with us with every lap they did.
Not good vibes and wouldn’t come back such a shame as a lovely hotel
