This spacious airy villa for rent in Ibiza is set in its own grounds on the hillside above the valley of San Agustín, a peaceful part of the country side, Can Xanchu villa in Ibiza with pool is only 5 minutes walk from the bohemian village of San José with its shops, banks, bars,...The best beaches, Ibiza town, playa den Bossa and San Antonio are all within a few minutes drive making it extremely well located.
Can Xanchu is part of the Chalets Can Xanchu s.l. Group a small family run business.
This villa rental in Ibiza has four twin or double rooms, two full bathrooms ( one with jacuzzi ) and also one on suite shower room, a large lounge/dining room with its fire place, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge, semi-professional gas cooker (5 rings) large electric oven, coffee machine, micro-wave, washing a machine. Optional air conditioning, large 9 x10 swimming pool with lights Chill out and barbecue.

A maid comes 2 times/week. Change of sheets weekly, towels twice a week, gardening and pool maintenance (All included in the price). Beach towels not provided.
From June to end of September we only accept bookings Starting and ending on Saturday.

Just spent a very comfortable and fun week here. Our party included 8 adults and 2 five year olds. The pool is amazing.. fun for all, especially the young ones. We all loved the villa. It accommodated us all easily. The facilities are great, and plenty of space for a large party like ours. The kitchen very well equipped. The elevated location of the villa lends itself to great views from the pool and the back of the villa. The view from the pool actually exceeded all expectations.Great beaches and coves close by. If ever we come back mob handed again would love to stay here once more.

Perfect stay. House is very nice and super clean. Beds are very comfortables. Our stay was early in the season so we didn't use the pool, but having it is as well a delight for the eyes. Communication with Paul was very smooth. Well located if you look for a quiet place. Definitely a very good place to stay at.
