We had a short stay here but we were amazed from the apartment. The kitchen had all the utensils you need for basic cooking, the apartment is very spacious, it has great balcony, elevator, big enough toilet, literally 10/10. Definitely will book it again on our next trip to SA. Location is a bonus, you are 5min away from the bus station and the center.
Everything was good. Maybe if they want ideas for improvement they can add drying racks on the balconies.
