I have now used this property for 2 work colleagues who needed to be in Louth. Both occasions, my staff have stayed for 3 or 4 nights, and each one has praised this property highly.
They stated that the property was warm & comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed. Great off road parking outside. Fabulous countryside location, so quiet at night. One member even asked if he could be extended over the weekend so he didn't have to go home !

Found the bed was exceptionally comfortable, full size towels (not skimpy hand towel size), kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'll need, engineer was sad that he had to leave early as our job was completed. Hosts were amazing.
That he had to leave early ! Wished he could of stayed for the whole duration booked.

Our 2nd visit. Very comfortable, great location for days out in Lincolnshire. Very peaceful.
