Not a fan

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very small. The room faced the front of the property over the outside seating area which was very noisy particularly when the staff had a party.

The booking was made on 5 September and we expected a restaurant as this is included in the 'facilities' list. When we arrived there was a notice saying that the restaurant was closed between 1 September and 19 September reopening on 20 September the day we were leaving. The hotel when confirming the booking neglected to mention this. We only found out when we arrived and saw the board outside. Due to the terms we couldn't cancel without paying. Had we known about the restaurant closure we would not have booked.

Absolutely fine and decent value for the money.

Typical village hotel. Not posh, new and fancy, but very original and friendly. Everything is a bit older, but clean. Good WiFi. Very friendly people and good food.

The rooms are relatively small, but all in all comfortable and they have everything you need for a short stay in Spittal.

Very friendly staff, I spoke with them in Serbo-Croatian. Felt very welcome. Coming late at night they were happy to sort out the bill the next day. The place has a good vibe.

Good breakfast and very nice personal (I needed a last minute place with quite late arrival and they were very accomodating)

A bit expensive for the type of the room, but I made a last minute reservation, so it is expected.

Rooms were comfortable and in a great location for the town, for eating and drinking. Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast, usual for the country, plenty to eat and a fairly good variety.

Great place to stay for skiing in the Goldeck ski region where you can get by car in few minutes. I recommend to pay also for a half-board which is really very tasty. Service in the restaurant was also perfect. We were very satisfied.

One of my best hotel stays ever!

If I could give this hotel a 15 or a 20 rather than a 10, I would. The owner greeted and received us as family and went out of his way to do everything possible for us.

An unforgettable complete vacation in a friendly environment and wonderful cuisine.

The staff at the hotel is extraordinarily hospitable, the room was pharmacy clean, very good Internet, the food was outstanding and they met our every requirement. We felt like we were their family, not guests who came for the first time. Thanks for 5 wonderful days in your facility, we will come again. BRAVO!

Not a welcoming hotel.

This hotel is located a distance from downtown. We arrived on our e-bikes and were received by a young man who was not very polite or attentive. He spoke no English and made no effort to communicate. They do provide a nice storage room for the bikes with electric connections to charge the batteries.

The beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny and the bathmat was a plastic foam thing from a dollar store, not adequate. The wifi was marginal. The breakfast was only mediocre. We do not recommend this hotel.
