Kolpinghaus Spittal

Das Hotel ist nah zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen eigenen Kühlschrank in einer Gemeinschaftsküche auf dem Flur. Es war kein Problem, daß wir das Zimmer morgens etwas später verlassen haben.

Sehr gepflegte und komfortable Zimmer. Ausgesprochen freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiterin, die sich für den Gast Zeit nimmt. Gute Unterbringung des Rades im separaten Bereich der Tiefgarage. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem Teil des Gebäudes, das ansonsten auch zeitweilig von Studenten belegt wird. Sehr ruhig, obwohl sehr zentral!

Nichts, die etwas längeren Wege (Fahrstuhl vorhanden) und die ruhige Atmosphäre sollten sicherlich kein Nachteil sein.

Super Frühstück, ganz besonders hervorzuheben: Herbergsleitung!!!

Rooms very spartan, we arrived wet and cold having cycled and there was no heating provided. The check in is difficult, you have to phone ahead as the reception isn't manned, but the message is in German, so didn't understand what to do. The building is difficult to find as the entrance looks nothing like the picture on the advert, it turned out that the accommodation is in an adjacent building that can't be seen from the road. Breakfast was ok but everything was cleared by 9am while we were still eating even although check out is not until 11am. This is student accommodation and feels very much like halls of residence. All this would be ok if the price was reasonable, but we paid 122 euros for the night, so it is very overpriced for what it offers.
