Can’t beat the proximity to the beach. We really enjoyed being so close, especially with young kiddos. House is as pictured, simple furnishings clean and complete with everything you need. Only negative was the major construction happening non stop for the entire 7 days surrounding the property. It was difficult to get the car out of the driveway/street, as most houses surrounding were under construction and driveway was constantly blocked. It was disappointing to have paid as much as we did for the property with zero warning about level of construction present. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere. Otherwise we would book again. We loved having the golf cart.

Everything went well except numerous times internet went out. We had to reset the router 2-3 times daily. Also, there was much construction nearby going on sunup to sundown (sometimes after sun went down).

loved this property. the space is perfect for a family. the living and kitchen space are very nice with plenty of room. we loved the location. close to everything! situated on the beach. the upper deck is a great place to watch the sunset or just watch for dolphins. We will rent this property again.

We rent properties every single year off of 30a so have had a lot of experiences to compare to. Unfortunately, the property is not in good condition. Cons: -Mold was all over secondary shower. I have never seen so much mold in a shower. They did come out and clean the shower for us and it was much better, but looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Master shower wasn’t clean but not covered in mold. Ended up buying cleaner and cleaning myself. -Garage code did not work. I contacted the manager about this and never heard back on the correct garage code. This would have been helpful for hauling beach equipment directly from the garage. -floors were super sandy. Not shocking BUT with the condition of the shower, I questioned if they were cleaned. -ANTS (jungle size). There were a few ants here and there when we arrived but didn’t think too much about it. However, one morning our son’s inflatable toddler bed was covered in ants. I spent two hours killing ants (hundreds) and vacuuming. When we contacted the manager, they dropped off the little bait stations you can buy from Walmart or Home Depot. This of course did not help as it’s an infestation. Little one had to sleep with us. We ended up leaving late the night before checkout because we just didn’t want to go through another round of killing ants before bedtime. -there was also mold on the ceiling in two places around the a/c vents. Appears there has been water damage. Hoping this was not harmful. -everything was pretty worn -I think the property was advertised as newly renovated. I would not consider this renovated. -one of the bikes had flat tires. Wish this would have been checked. -I saw mentions of the construction in the reviews. Noise didn’t bother us BUT we were blocked in and unable to get in and out of the property a few times without asking workers to move trucks. Just something to be aware of. Pros: -The location is amazing. Walk to the beach is quick and convenient -appreciate that it includes a golf cart -proximity to restaurants and stores is great -house has great views -provided plenty of towels
