Our vacation rental was just as described. The location was ideal--very close to the beach access which made it convenient for such a large family group. The home was spacious, and everyone had a spot that they could escape to when a little privacy was needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer were excellent! I have stayed in many rentals where the dryer had to go several rounds before getting everything completely dry. Not the case here--one round was enough--and believe me we used the pair every day of our stay. The only complaint that we had was that a couple of the beds--queen and king--that the adults slept in were very uncomfortable--which surprised us since the others were fine. Everyone enjoyed the pool, which ends up in the shade in the afternoon--a welcome relief to the summer sun. Having the outside frig was perfect for extra storage--especially drinks. The gas grill was great--we used it several times. We loved the general location of the home--a great area--convenient to the local Publix and also to shops nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful week!

This is our second time staying at this house. The location cannot be beat. We had 14 people and there was still a ton of space and rooms/beds available. The pool was a good size - enough for 4-6 people without feeling too tight. Had some issues with tvs, fans, and the circuit breakers. They sent someone to address on separate days and the communication back and forth was easy. Everything didn't get corrected, which was not ideal, but we were too busy having a great time to get frustrated. House could use some new pans and some additional glassware but there were enough kitchen gadgets and such to get by.

We've rented from Royal Destinations in the past, and we were always well-pleased. However, our stay at "All Inn" did not meet all our expectations. The location, internet access, beach access, and private pool were excellent. The kids really enjoyed the six bicycles as well as the great audio-visual game room. We had plenty of bathroom and bedroom accommodations.But based upon the high cost of the rental, we had assumed that the experience would be top-notch; unfortunately, it wasn't.Check-in was delayed until after 5:30 PM. We discovered after storing our consumables that the main kitchen refrigerator was not working well. A spare refrigerator had been placed in the utility area for us to use instead. Luckily we were able to move our refrigerated items before spoilage. The glass on the inside of the oven door was broken, of which we were alerted by rental staff. There were recurring appearances of roach bugs and pre-set roach traps in the kitchen cabinets. The fan in the master bedroom bathroom was exceptionally loud with very little light in that same area. The wooden flooring in parts of the facility was beautiful, but in the main kitchen area, the installation was as bad as we've ever seen with very noticeable gaps between installed boards. The air conditioning equipment on the upper levels could not maintain the set temperature with as much as an 8 degree difference. Great potential, but lacking in maintenance.
