Designed to maximize Gulf Views from nearly every angle, this custom home features 2 grand patios overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
ABOUT THE AREA: Dune Allen is best described as laid-back old Florida. With miles of trails, five coastal dune lakes, sprawling beaches and plenty of wildlife, it's a nature lover's dream. It's just a one mile drive to Gulf Place shopping. This home's location is perfect for families who don't like the crowds and restrictions of other 30A beaches yet want to be within minutes of shopping and dining!
BEACH ACCESS: Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is directly across the street which is a 2-4 minute walk.

- Pool/spa heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- Pool heat will not be available during the in-season. Spa heat is always available.
Parking Details:
- Parking is available for a total of 6 vehicles.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Amazing house with great hosts. The home was a dream! The hosts really went out of their way to make the stay special. The home was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, better than any other kitchen actually we've had before and everything we needed to have a great time was there. Pictures were accurate but the home is breathtaking in person. Views are incredible. We really enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay! This house is brand new / amazing, and being across the street from public beach access was very convenient. 30a Beach Girls were very responsive via texts as well. Having the kitchen on the third floor was a little bit of a hike for some of the older adults in our group, but it was totally worth it for the great views. We sat on the patio in the mornings/evenings to read and watch the sunrise/sunset. Our kids also loved the pool and the pinball machine. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

30A beach girls really made our stay so amazing. They were all very communicative for the weeks leading up to it and made it such a seamless process. Airport pickup, groceries delivered, birthday balloons, chef for 2 nights a brunch bar set up. The house itself was even better than we expected and there was enough room for everyone to sleep and relax and vacation comfortably. The house is impressive to say the least. Our family that rented nearly spent every meal withy us and almost every waking moment!! The views never get old day and night. The included bonfire night was AMAZING as mentioned in other reviews. It was also just across the road. Perfect evening. Hollie dropped off ghost hunting kits!! lol the kids went nuts! We all appreciated the personal touches. I highly recommend booking through 30A beach girls to have a relaxing, clean, and non-hassle stay :) We will have our 2025 summer dates soon! This house is now our preferred spot!
