The Space:
Welcome to Pelican Perch! This newly built luxury home is ready for your next vacation in the beautiful beaches of 30A. Situated in a quiet neighborhood of Seagrove Beach, Pelican Perch is ideal retreat for family gatherings, wedding parties and the ultimate beach getaway! Pelican Perch is a high-end luxury home that offers 3 floors of superb and well-designed living space to accommodate lots of family and friends.
The main floor does not disappoint with space. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the large chef style kitchen. Kitchen is spacious enough for multiple guests to cook at once. This kitchen is more than fully equipped for your next vacation. Style meets function with granite counter tops, soft-close cabinets, and extra-large refrigerator. Large groups will find all they need for meals or snacks including both a standard coffee maker, a walk-in pantry, and plenty of serving dishes, glasses, utensils, and cooking tools. The living space is furnished with two sets of sectional sofas, enough to sit everyone in the house. The dining room is outfitted with a couple of dining tables, seating up to 16 guests. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful king bed, a mounted flat-screen television and a beautiful private bathroom.
The game room is located on the third floor. A fun space for kids and adults to play and enjoy time spent together. A multicade arcade game, foosball table, air hockey and 65-inch flat screen smart TV accompanies a family-friendly movie library making this is a great space to hang out, rain or shine, hot or cold. It's the perfect spot for a movie marathon or gather to watch a big ball game on the oversize sectional sofas.
Our beach walkover is handicap accessible and includes parking places, bike racks, full showers and restrooms all less than a minute walk from your front door! A Lifeguard is present, seasonally. This is the BEST access on 30A with brand new facilities!

We loved the house which perfectly accompanied 4 families three of which had children. The pool and hot tub were big hits and we were only a block away from a great beach access. We did encounter a number of issues with appliances and other items. Many were quickly addressed and fixed by the property managers, Danial and Bradley, We would rent this house again.

We had a wedding party stay here as it sleeps 30 and although we didn’t have that many people stay this house is perfect for large groups. It’s right across the street from the beach access, easily walkable so location is 10/10. Good sized pool and hangout area.
There was some gold fish on the floor and hair in the sinks / shower but nothing too dirty. Pool was freezing cold and hot tub is only on 6pm-12am which is inconvenient if you plan on using it any other times. But overall would stay again!!

The maintenance man worked on any and all problems that we experienced after we arrived, and his help made our stay wonderful. He was very responsive to our calls, and made some very good suggestions about activities.

We had a great time staying at this house. The only concern was if the linen was washed before we checked in. We found a few items in different beds In the sheets. We wish the hot tub and pool would have not turned off after midnight. With Having to pay the extra Amount to have it heated to have had more control over when it turned on/off.
