A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

We were originally told the mattresses were replaced that had been mentioned in previous reviews. However, one of them hadn’t been and it was very uncomfortable. We called and they replaced it the next day. Good customer service and great location.

The location was great. We recommend a little bit of an upgrade to a few things - new furniture (some of it seems a bit worn), some interior painting.

House was perfectly located with a quick easy walk to the beach, and convenient to all the food and shopping! However the house truly looked and smelled like a rental. For the price it was not as clean or kept up as it should have been. Finally EVERY mattress needs to be replaced ASAP they were awful!
