About this apartment rental
The 40m2 studio is completely renovated and furnished. It is equipped with a large double bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe, pull-out dining table for 2 people, TV 43 ', WiFi and air conditioning. The open kitchen contains everything you need such as dishes, cutlery, 2 hot plates, microwave, fridge with freezer.
The bathroom has a sink and shower. A terrace table with chairs is located on the terrace with a direct and beautiful view of the sea and the Bay of Malaga. The building has a communal swimming pool (open from June until September), terrace, garden with sea views. Bar-restaurant in summer, tennis court, hairdressing salon, 24-hour concierge service, outdoor parking on the property, private beach access (with elevator) and direct access to the Carihuela promenade with many restaurants and shops, from which you can also walk to the harbor in Benalmadéna can.
The Castillo Santa Clara is just a few meters from the famous San Miguel street, the center of Torremolinos with countless restaurants, shops, tapas bars, train station, taxis and buses.
Torremlinos is very centrally located and allows visitors to make many excursions in the immediate vicinity, Costa del Sol, Valle del Guadalhorce, where they can visit "Caminito del Rey", Ronda, Antequera, Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz, Gibraltar or even Morocco.
The studio is only 8 km from the airport, which you can also reach by train (approx. 10 min.)

Ideal location, safe complex. Lovely gardens to sit in. Studio apartment ideal for me as solo guest. Apartment very clean and bed very comfortable. Plenty of towels and shopping trolley provided which I really appreciated. I had arranged this with host prior to travelling. I did cook in apartment so would have liked some containers/bowls to store food. Overall, very happy with accommodation and would come back again. Phil, Dublin

This is a fabulous little apartment to spend your time on the Costa Del Sol, everything you could possibly need, great AC, super clean, lovely shower, comfy bed, and fast WiFi, we really enjoyed staying here and it will be our first choice whenever we return.

Here are my pros and cons:
+ Location: apartment close to everything
+ cleanliness of the apartment
+ New (?) bathroom and bed
+ nice view from the terrace towards the beach of Torremolinos
+ swimming pool area
+ fast access to both (Benalmadena + Torremolinos) beaches from the hotel with elevators
+ Owner's friendliness and quick answers to my questions
- towels and bed linen reserved for a long stay (2.5 weeks) are not enough
- sounds can be heard quite clearly from the corridor and the next room
- The furniture on the terrace is old (the chairs are a bit uncomfortable)
- weak English language skills of the staff
- air conditioner loud and old
All in all I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. the price is relatively high compared to previous years, although prices have risen everywhere, so maybe it is in balance with other similar apartments. A big thank you to the owner for the good and trust-inspiring communication before and during the holiday. I can therefore recommend this apartment to others as well. :)
