Excellent apartment in a great location with a fantastic view from the balcony - highly recommended

We had a fantastic week’s holiday in this property in mid April. The friendly hosts, Rosario and Jorge, were at the property to greet us and show us to the apartment and familiarise us with the facilities. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the sea view is superb. We watched parakeets feeding in the palm tree as we ate breakfast. The kitchenette is well equipped for cooking most meals. The bathroom is clean and well appointed with a shower cubicle big enough to comfortably accommodate an amply proportioned person such as myself. The washing machine is a real bonus if you’re used to packages. The apartment and the building are very secure with card entry and concierge service.
The property offers access straight onto the prom and a short(ish) walk to the Marina and Benalmádena from the back, and is less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Torremolinos and the railway station from the front. A couple of minutes walk to the main road and buses to explore the local area.
The only (very) slight downside is that the pool was closed until June, but the sun beds are still out on the rooftop terrace.
We would highly recommend this property, and its host, to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable self-catering break in this fabulous area.

The location of the apartment was great
The view from the balcony was marvellous. However, the apartment was on the top floor and there were construction works in progress on the floor above…the noise of these works every morning starting at 7 AM was unbelievable…it was rather upsetting
