Host was good with communicating, she introduced herself a few days prior to explain about key collection and was available during the stay. She also provided shampoo and body wash at my request which was helpful.
The apartment is a good size, great location close to La Nogelera, the building offers easy access via lift to the beach.
The selling point of this place is the amazing view, although first floor, it looks across the pool to the beach/sea towards Benalmadena. Really quite impressive both day and night.
The apartment is dated. The bed/pillows were quite uncomfortable, as was the sofa. Fridge door doesnt shut properly as it catches on the cupboard next to it. Balcony light wasn't working which I reported to the owner, she said she'd check with the cleaner, but then didn't respond about it. Shower door doesn't shut properly and the head holder is loose.

Het is een kleine rustige studio met een mooi uitzicht over La Carihuela
Er waren bijna geen koffie of thee faciliteiten aanwezig in de studio, wel zo'n Spaanse koffiepot waarvan ik niet wist hoe hij werkte

L'emplacement et la belle vue depuis le balcon..
C'est un grand batiment avec beaucoup de logements mais il reste calme.
La plage au pied de la residence.
Le lit est confortable.
Le check-in à partir de 18h30 est un peu tardif.
La serrure de l'appartement ne fonctionne pas bien depuis l'extérieur (ok depuis l'intérieur), il faudrait revoir cela avnt qu'un locataire reste bloqué dehors.

Location is perfect, very nice view
The apartment is quite small and the equipment is very old. The dishes was dirty and we found even a cockroaches in the bathroom. Very small balcony. For the price that we paid it was very poor.
