Colmena 69 - City Center - Swimming pool

Das Apartamento befindet sich in einer Anlage mit mehreren Apartments, die wie ein Bienenstock wirken , daher auch der Name. Mein Apartamento war Nummer 69 und lag im ersten Stock des Gebäudes. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist modern und geschmackvoll. Es bietet alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Torremolinos braucht: eine recht komfortable und stilvoll eingerichtete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Besitzer hatten mir als Willkommensgruß eine Flasche Weißwein, Wasser, Kapseln für Kaffee, Tee und Kräutertees dagelassen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon, der groß genug ist, um darauf zu frühstücken und bei Bedarf Wäsche aufzuhängen, ein sehr bequemes Sofa, und das Wohn- und Esszimmer sind gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und bietet alles, was man für die Körperpflege braucht, und es gibt einen Pool. Die Lage ist zwar am Hang des Berges, aber dennoch recht nah am Zentrum und an vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten – alles kann zu Fuß erkundet werden. Ich kann dieses Apartamento bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Das Apartamento befindet sich in einem Gebäude, in dem Einheimische aus Torremolinos wohnen, die eine besondere Lebensart haben, sie lassen tagsüber ihre Türen offen und unterhalten sich auf den Fluren. Vom Apartamento aus kann man alles hören, vor allem die Leute, die früh morgens zur Arbeit gehen. Ich persönlich habe kein Problem mit Geräuschen, aber jemand, der sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, könnte damit Schwierigkeiten haben. Das Bett könnte bequemer sein, und die Zimmeraufteilung sowie die Architektur des Gebäudes lassen leider keine funktionalen Nachttische zu.

The interior of the apartment is beautiful, stylish, cozy and looks exactly like the pictures. It is clear that the owners put their heart into this place and thought of every single detail to make guests feel at home. The level of equipment was outstanding. The kitchen had absolutely everything: pots, pans, utensils, and even glass tupperware with lids. They provided olive oil, salt, spices, foil, cling wrap, and baking paper. For coffee lovers, there was both a capsule machine (with capsules!) and a traditional moka pot, plus tea. We were amazed by how thoughtful they were: a washing machine with detergent and softener, a dishwasher with tablets, plenty of hangers, a drying rack with pegs, an iron, and a hairdryer. Aside from standard towels, they even provided beach towels, toiletries and a lovely welcome surprise of chilled wine and snacks! We barely had to buy anything extra (just a sponge and extra toilet paper). The location was perfect for us—only a 5-minute walk to the vibrant town center, shops, and restaurants, and an easy 15-minute stroll to the beach. The apartment itself is great; the bed is very comfortable, and there is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The neighbors could be a bit loud at times, but it didn't bother us at all. The balcony is wonderful (shaded in the afternoon), and the swimming pool was at the perfect temperature. On top of all this, the management team was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available, with their office just 5 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday!
