About this apartment rental
This studio apartment is located on the Torremolinos boardwalk, in the iconic building known as "Castillo de Santa Clara," between Bajondillo and La Carihuela beaches. We have another studio with the same features also listed on HomeAway (ref. 8951208) ) that was renovated in October 2018. Both are located on the third floor with direct views of La Carihuela Beach and have the same layout, decor, amenities, etc.
The building has a 24-hour staffed front desk, every day of the year. It offers direct access to the boardwalk via a private elevator. It also provides access to downtown Torremolinos. It features a large pool with ocean views, open from May through September. Tennis court.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building known as “Cornisa de Santa Clara.” It faces southwest and offers spectacular direct views of the boardwalk and Carihuela Beach.
The apartment was recently purchased and has been renovated and furnished to a high standard:
40-inch Panasonic Smart TV, satellite TV (Hotbird for continental channels and Intelsat for English channels—BBC—). Free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi.
High-speed internet: 100 Mb fiber.
Inverter air conditioning with vents in the hallway, living room, and bedroom.
Motorized blind on the living room window. Awning.

This apartment was ideally situate…great views of sea and
beach. Very comfortable. Great mattress, pillows and shower. However, the noise from surrounding apartments was terrible…banging doors late at night…moving furniture at 3 AM…child in upper apartment raced around from 6 AM..it was difficult to get any sleep. Also, when in bed i could hear upper floor toilets flushing…which sounded like it was going through a pipe behind a very badly insulated wall…near my ears! Disgusting.
None of this is Juan’s fault…but these apartments need some soundproofing
