About this apartment rental
Studio apartment located on the seafront of Torremolinos, in the emblematic building known as "Castillo de Santa Clara", between the beaches of Bajondillo and Carihuela.
The building has a reception staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You have direct access to the promenade by a private elevator. You also have access to the center of Torremolinos. It has a large pool overlooking the sea, open from May to September. Tennis court.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the so-called "Cornisa de Santa Clara". Its orientation is South-West with spectacular direct views of the promenade and Carihuela beach.
The apartment has been recently acquired and has been renovated and furnished to a high standard:
Samsung 49-inch Samsung smart TV, satellite TV (Astra for continental channels and Intelsat for English-BBC channels). Wifi high speed fiber free: 100 Mb fiber.
Air conditioning inverter Fujitsu cold / heat. Too quiet.
Motorized blind in living room window that completely obscures the sleeping area. Awning.
Appliances: fridge-freezer, washing machine, hob, toaster, water heater, coffee maker, iron, vacuum cleaner etc.
LED lighting with several sectors.
Double bed with high quality mattress.

This was our 3rd stay in this lovely apartment and just love it here. Killer views and an excellent location. We are booking again for next year.

nicely presented but very small,great balcony and position but space in studio very limited,not suitable for people with mobility issues,no oven also an issue for long term renters.
