This bright 50 m² retreat, with capacity for 2 people, offers a perfect combination of comfort and functionality. With a double bed, sofa, and a table for four, it is ideal for couples or travellers seeking relaxation by the sea. The open-plan kitchen is perfectly equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven and all the utensils necessary to prepare your favourite dishes.
Relax on the private 10 m² terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the mountain 🌄, a perfect space to enjoy sunrises or sunsets. Furthermore, the studio is part of a complex with first-class facilities: a large communal swimming pool accessible for people with reduced mobility and a common terrace with garden furniture and a bar for leisure and socialising moments (refreshments not included).
The swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.
The location is unbeatable, with supermarkets, restaurants and leisure options just a few steps away, and excellent communication with public transport: RENFE train station 550 m away and bus stop 600 m away. great trip to torremolinos, perfect apartment, lovely balcony with sea views - only thing to note, sunbeds cost, we had to buy some from local shop. definitely worth the buy, but just something to be aware of before your stay

Brilliant location, so close to all amenities. Lovely bright ,clean apartment with a great view of the sea. The pool was great and never too busy.
Little trouble with late check in but was resolved.

The stay was really worth what we paid! Christina was very responsive over messages and was cheery even with the late arrival. The fact that the apartments had a lift from the pool area down to the beach was just amazing. The view of the ocean from the balcony was just lovely especially orally in the morningas the sun was going down.
